These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kuber Card services. By registering and making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Kuber Card

Kuber Card is a savings card initiative. Individuals can obtain this card by contributing a one-time donation of ₹150, which is directed to Umiyadham Temple in Sidsar.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Donation & Payment

  • The one-time donation of ₹150 is non-refundable.
  • Payments are accepted only through authorized payment gateways (Razorpay, YPay, Nahak).
  • Kuber Card is issued after successful payment confirmation.

4. Use of the Card

  • The card may offer savings or benefits as communicated at the time of registration.
  • Kuber Card reserves the right to modify benefits or terms at any time.

5. No Commercial Banking

  • Kuber Card is not a bank or financial institution. It does not provide interest, loans, or returns. The donation amount goes directly to Umiyadham Temple Trust.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kuber Card shall not be liable for:

  • Any unauthorized use of your card or information if caused by user negligence

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the card after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
