Refund and Cancellation Policy

Shri Umiya Mataji Mandir Trust (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values the faith and support of all our donors. We strive to maintain complete transparency in all our donation activities.

1. No Refunds

  • The initial payment made for obtaining a Kuber Card is considered as voluntary donations to Umiyadham Temple.
  • Since it is a donation, no refund or cancellation will be processed once payment is made.

2. Incorrect Transactions

In case of duplicate or incorrect transactions, users may contact our support team. Any resolution will be subject to internal verification.

3. Transaction Failures

If the payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically reversed by your bank/payment gateway as per their standard timelines.
